The Definition of a True Best Friend

'Cause all he had to do was give me a little push. I'm sure that there have been times where he's looked at me and said, "That boy needs to be put out of his misery." But he still tolerates me, even though I'm an official menace to society, now. By the way, that drop is well over a thousand feet. I hope you're kosher with me hanging this up, Einar (my sole 3-D friend who knows that I blog, and still won't visit regularly--'s-okay, stay in the shadows and let me do my own thang).

ooooooooo
I like that pic, looks like a great place for a visit and everyone needs a friend who will resist the urge to shove them to their death, I am glad you found yours.

G-Hobbs, Tony wasn't there, but we had just finished throwing Tom Majors and the entire Accrington Stanley football club off that cliff.

Vera~You wouldn't want to stand where I was, then. That site made my testes hide behind my pancreas.

Scott~It's great, just bring lots of water and don't go down during the peak season. If you do any slot canyons, you have to pay close attention to all the weather in the entire drainage area, bigger than most other states. This is due to the fact that the sandstone won't take any water in, so you get violent flash floods. Fifty miles south is where that dude's hand is, you know which one.

good friends do that...

but sometimes they give you that "push" you need to move on, ahead, forward...

Yes, that's true Guggs. But hopefully it's not off a gigantic cliff;) I'm the type of person that needs to be pushed and challenged. If I'm not, then I sit back and entertain myself with my brain. It's selfish, I know. I hated public school, got into fights, and nearly flunked out. I was a regular at night school, summer school, and detention. When I finally stuck with the college deal, I got pushed by some professors and nearly got perfect grades. I am not living up to my potential at all right now. It's kind of hard to sluff off the past self concept, you know? So, you guys are helping me out by demanding good posts. You wouldn't believe how much all of your participation has changed the way that I perceive myself. But, I have slacked on my real writing goals, as of late. Keep pushing me, but not off a cliff.

Geez, I've got to stay away from solvent fumes (working on something). I'm rambling.
