TIGF!!! (That's Incredibly Gay Friday): Going Polish

Admit it, you know what I'm talking about. You are on the run and haven't eaten anything. You've only got enough time to hit the gas station for a meal, or it's a late night run and your stomach has gone all diva on you. A normal hot dog just won't cut it. Neither will a foot long-- because we all know it isn't how big it is--it's how much you can do with what you've got. That's when you go Polish, my friend.

(BTW, I was a bit reluctant to do an image search for this one. I wanted to be able to sleep for the rest of my life.)

A different kind of Polish came to mind when I read that, but then I thought... No, Jules... you're not supposed to bite that kind of sausage!

I certainly recommend going Polish over going corny. Maybe it's because I still can't eat corndogs from the gas station no matter how hungry I am due to a two day puking binge from some bad gas station corndogs I ate over a year ago. In Ogden, no less.

Seriously, we drove by that same station and I felt my stomach churning on me. I had to tell myself, "No puking in Clyde. No puking in Clyde. No puking in Clyde" while clicking my heels together three times.

First of all, I'm half Polish, so I'm very glad that my ancestors are helping you when your stomach goes all diva on you. ;)

Secondly, this has absolutely nothing to do with your post, but I know you love it when I go all Simpsons freak. Today, a kid in my class started to click his pen, which made me stop my lesson and reminisce about the episode where Homer and Bart have a pen race, which started a bunch of kids clicking their pens which made me laugh. Don't you wish you had me as a science teacher?

Going Polish?

Is that like when I dated that Cosnowski guy?

Cos then we're talking about a whole different kinda appetite than the hot-dog-kielbasa-bratwurst kind.
