A mini, mid-day post on my dinner break

Today has been tasting funny. I get a rather saccharine aftertaste with anything resembling good news. There is no explanation or reason that I can figure out why for this sensation.

The weather was cool today and I liked that.

The kids are alright.

Hmmm. That IS a strange sensation to have while recieving good news. But hey, at least you're getting some good news!Oh AND good weather...not so the case here.

Glad the kids are okay.

If I send some bad news your way, maybe it will even out the awful taste in your mouth?

Hmmm, I hope you don't have strep too :-) Glad you are getting good news.

Something similar happened to me, but only as an aftermath of something fun.
Then me realized the aftertaste was caused by the Phillipino clap.

The kids are allright, but watch out for uncle Ernie.

Peace Cap'n

Time to switch over to chips, my friend.
Savory treats are better in the long run.

It's all good.

I think.

Genuinely random...

Can I have some of what you been smokin?

Ah, Grunt. You know? I totally know what you mean.

And cool weather?

Aw yeah. I'm feelin' it.

O-girl~ It's more of a mood than news. As long as Mr. Townsend is behaving himself and not doing "research" the kids will be doing just fine.

Keshi~ I like that kind of news!

Jules~ What are you going to be filling my mouth with again?

Kels~ Hay fever, that's what I've got. Bleh!

SM~ LOL, you got that right about Uncle Ernie. Philippino clap? That sounds itchy and unpleasant.

Logo~ Beef jerky!

Spacecake~ It's always good, but never always easy.

Claire~ Random wins the day!

Chikken~ I am going to update your link. I have been a neglectful friend to you, so I will make it up to you by giving you some of my stash. I have some good vibes soaked in stardust. That is some good head fuel right there.

Karyn~ I knew you would.

Well, whatever I fill it with isn't going to leave a bad taste... ;OP
