Hey there

I was going to post about something else but I just decided to say "hi" instead. I was having a hard time today. My throat has been giving me problems, caused by the radiation. I also have been having a hard time sleeping. It has all caught up to me today. I feel wasted. However, I did get out and take a walk. It was such a beautiful sunny day, and warm too. Despite not feeling well, this short walk really was nice. The sun was reflecting off the snow and you could hear the trickle of the thaw. I don't know how long the weather will stay like this, but what a day.

I've got no funny for you. But that was a little slice of my day that I wanted to share with you, my friends.

Glad that the walk did you a world of good. It sounds beautiful.

I find the sun is so enhancing in the winter. On sunny days, I feel like a completely different person.

Feel better. :)

Sounds like a lovely walk. I'd love to take a walk like that surrounded by the sounds of melting snow.

I did get to walk on some fake snow yesterday. Went snowtubing with a friend. It wasn't a beautiful walk but I did get to see her perform the greatest wipe out of all time!

Hope you are feeling better today. :)

Christielli~ I can dig Winter when there is snow, warm temperatures, and clear skies with the sun out. In the area that I live we get what is called a "temperature inversion", which fills the valley with smog. That gets depressing.

Celeste~ Yeah, I like this walking stuff. As for the throat, my doc says that it will get worse until my treatments are through, then it will take a couple of weeks to heal.

Diane~ Thanks for being in my corner!

Kels~ I'll keep smiling, especially when I get comments from you:)

NYD~ I've got funny on back order. It should be arriving sometime this week.

Autumn Storm~ That would be great to take you on a walk with me.

O-Girl~ Well, hopefully next time you are this way there will be snow around. There's still over a foot of snow on my front lawn and that is with it all compacted and melting.
