Back-ack-ack!

I threw my back out. Why? Because I wanted a new one. So I am now rocking the prescriptions--relaxin' with some Skelaxin and friends.  I can see how recreational avoiding pain can be.  But I am just an old fuddy duddy and follow my recommended dosages.  Wheeeeeee! More like "Whe--this kind of feels less like shit."

I have Sciatica. (don't tell anyone. That's a secret between me and you.) When it flares up, I feel pretty ancient. I hope you feel better soon.

This sucks! I was checking you out to see what cool things you've been up to. This isn't cool! :( Hope you're feeling better though!

Matteo! Well, here I yam. Hope your back gets better. You might have noticed I signed off the world of books and faces. Long story but it feels pretty darn good. I have enough trouble worrying about what type of breakfast cereal I'll have in the morning than to think about a bunch of other people I never see. It was turning into a big time waster. So now I'm going to check in here more, or maybe hire someone to track you via more tradtional means (for example, if you see an goofy looking french dude lurking around your house in a trenchcoat, mustache glasses, and a periscope, you'll know it's just me wanting to keep up to date on things. Are you hiding?

I thought you said you were ok...

Do we get to know how you went about throwing it out? Was it trying to squeeze through some little canyon crack or hole again?

Nessa Roo~ I'm doing much better now.

O-Girl~ It wasn't cool but the proof that I am better is that I went for a good, long hike on Saturday.

Mr. W.Unknown~ Yeah, I figured you didn't have the balls to unfriend me, or you had them but needed them for some other activity. Kidding. I totally understand the Facebook dilemma. You can always crash here.

Jules~ I hurt my back about ten days ago and it was from assembling office furniture. I didn't "team" lift a hutch. I am doing fine now. The back gets a bit angry, but it didn't keep me from the canyons, cracks, or holes this last weekend!
