Blahland

I wish, just for once, my life could be like a movie of my choosing. Really, I think I would like my life to be a cross between It's a Wonderful Life and KISS Meets the Phantom of the Park. My life seems to have hit a big slump, is what I'm saying. So many extreme things have happened to me that my life has resembled a movie, I guess. But those movies suck and usually tank at the box office. Anyway, I'm having a moment of regret about parts of my life. When I do this to myself it isn't good. What purpose does this self bashing do? Maybe I like it. Yes, I'm sick like that.

Forget you read this post and go watch the smoking baby on Youtube. Toodles.

I think the whole nation is in a slump. It's really hard to be optimistic what with the oil thing going on.

I agree with Julie. Stupid oil spill.

Maybe get yourself something you've always wanted. Do you have any pets? Have you ever considered getting one. Yah, I'm basically like a grade 2 who thinks a puppy or a kitty makes everything better. But they kind of do.

The good thing about life is its like a sine curve. You might be at the trough now, but there's a peak up ahead. (Whoa, a nerd must have written that!)

Not its, it's. Sorry for that.

Whenever I go through tough times or see someone else going through tough times I think to myself "This is going to be an interesting story on my A&E biography."

By that I mean that usually the most interesting people in life are the ones that have been through a lot. Although it doesn't seem like it now, these things are building your character. You obviously see life in a deeper way than most and that is something to be cherished.

Julie~ The oil spill is a cause for major blah. There is added insult to injury where I live because an oil truck crashed into Red Butte canyon and spilled its contents into the creek. It has turned a nice area in SLC into a shit hole. I really feel for those on the gulf coast who are going through this a thousand fold.

Christielli~ NERD! Just imagine me saying that with my Homer voice. BTW, I dig sine waves. Also, I would love to get a pet, but my land lord forbids them. Well, maybe a hermit crab is okay.

Rawbean~ I'm a character alright. I know what you mean and I've been told this and have known it, but it always seems to be something that I need to be told in order to not give up the good fight. Thanks!

What's there to self loathe about, Grunty? You've got a handful of us that stick by you and make you feel all warm inside, you've conquered so much in the last year and a half, you've still got a job in an economy that sucks major ass, and a roof over your head when so many people don't. Tell you what... come up here and stay for a week. I'll knock some happiness into you!! :O)

Jules~ Do I have to remind you that I am a good little church boy?

Jules~ I have to tease you. I would love a vacation up to Canada. Hell, a few days camping would be nice. There's reasons that I am home-bound this summer and I am just having to deal with it.

Logo~ Now yer talking! I could show you the place where I was mugged.

Tys~ I've always wanted to go to India. The women there alone are reason enough for me.

Sun~Lol! Yes, this blog's reoccurring theme.
