Billy Jack is 100% ass kicking, gun wielding, freedom-fighting manly-man! Anyone is totally gay in comparison to this man. Sorry, Cash, Evel Knievel, and Steve Austin, even you.
I mean, just look at the guy. So not gay. He saved minority teens from an oppressive townsfolk, and was always giving it to the kid's "progressive" teacher. The man knows how to give to a cause, I tells ya! He is a Native American, Vietnam vet with kick-ass martial arts skills. The man could mess you up! I've got to question his taste in women, though. Well...
At least he still has his woman (yes, the homely teacher in his flicks was actually his real wife). Call me TIGF, but someday I'm going to grow up and be like Billy Jack. (Yes, I acknowledge the fact that I need to grow up some, sheesh!)

Eh- growing up is overrated, but they do look like an adorable couple. I might be a bit jealous.
what about girl-gay?
i'd like to see that next week.

Have you ever seen Army of Darkness (I would fucking hope so)? Cause she kind of looks like the Deadite that tries to attack the blacksmith with a cauldron of boiling water. But just then, he like totally shoots her behind his back, and it's way wicked awesome.
Whoa, not sure where I just went.
Oh, and due to something trivial that happened to me this morning, I'm going start ripping off your "TIGF" posting style in a roundabout way. Expect to receive your first royalty check by end of next week.
Have not heard of that movie in a long time... he is definately not gay!!

One day, when I'm that old...I hope the guy I married will still be around- and will still love me.
Army of Darkness RULES!!!
UNF!!

"You used to find me pretty, once"
"baby, you got *REAL* ugly"
I'm not entirely sure why, but the woman in the last phot kind of scares me... what do you think she;s so darn happy about? Wait a minute... where are his hands?
Jules
I once owned the 45rpm of "One Tin Solider."
You think he's less gay than McGivor?
I agree with Jules. The wife is a tad on the scary looking side.
oh crap I spelled McGyver wrong. i hope that's better.
I grew up on Billy Jack. I asked a friend once in college which fictional character he thought influenced him the most and he said, "John Carter, Warlord Of Mars" ( seriously ) and I remembered thinking, "Man, talk about living a life I will never understand" and he asked mine and I said, "Billy Jack" and he replied, "Yeah, that explains a lot. I can't say I agreed much with his politics even as a kid but I can't fault what he stood for. Born Losers wasn't great and BJ Goes To Washington was jaw-droppingly bad, but those two in between were VietNam-era gold.
You have totally redeemed yourself, Mr. Grunt. After insulting Hugh Hefner, a fellow smoking jacket wearer, I had my doubts.
I agree with folks about Delores Taylor. She looked old in the early 70s. It hasn't gotten better.
Kels~ I'd like to be the grown up who still plays. I will be a person that never grows old.
Vera~ I will be putting that in my pipe and smoking it.
JJ~ I saw your spin off, and I likey. Yes, I have seen the trilogy of Evil Dead movies. I worship them. You are dead on with your observation. Have you seen "Bubba Ho-Tep" yet? You should if you are a Bruce Campbell fan.
Scott~ I concur.
Mayden~ I hope you two are happy for as long as you shall grace this earth. Who's the puss?
Jules~ Right where they should be, that's where.
Sun~ Cool! I once owned a 45 of the Hawaii Five-O theme. That song still gives me goose pimples.
Celeste~ Don't fret, I allow sponteniety. If that means you make a mistake, well then shux! I just like you for you, but McGyver still would be cleaning out his shorts two days later after having a run-in with Billy Jack. Just saying.
Cash~ That's cool. I latched onto Billy Jack in the 90's. Caught a few flicks on AMC and such. I know I had seen them when I was younger, but I couldn't remember much about it. I know this: There would be no Texas Walker Ranger if it weren't for Billy Jack. I mean, Chuck Norris is the man, but his template for roles (not his actual skills) are basically built upon this guy, in my opinion. Billy Jack was basically a blue state Walker. It was the 60s.
Cash, you actually had doubts? Please, just trust in the spirit of Grunty. It compels you.
