Jules~ A candied yam is a yam/sweet potato that is sliced and put into a casserole dish with sryup and marshmallows on top and then baked with a little cinnamon and spices thrown in for good measure.
Christielli~ It's as good as it can be considering I went through treatment on Wednesday and am having some major billing issues with one of the hospitals I go to. It was one of those moments where I was thinking that I'd have to be parting with an arm or a leg. Thank goodness I have family that will come to my aid.
